Apps-EcoSystem is a no-code platform for building and managing your own branded business application. Your application runs in a web browser, can be installed as a progressive web app, and can also be delivered through supported messenger bots and mini apps.
You pay Apps-EcoSystem for a subscription per application and for optional, automatically generated promotional materials for your own business. All prices below are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
A subscription covers one application for one month or twelve months. It includes hosting, platform updates, the dashboard and the features of your selected plan.

The annual option is purchased for twelve months at once; the monthly equivalent is shown for comparison and is not a monthly instalment plan. Promotional offers and any additional plans are identified in the dashboard before purchase. The selected plan, features, period and price are shown for your confirmation.
Subscriptions and usage-based services are paid from prepaid credits purchased in your account. One credit corresponds to US$1 of spending on Apps-EcoSystem services at the applicable published rates.
Credits can be used only for our own services. They cannot be transferred to another person, resold, spent with another business or withdrawn. Eligible purchase refunds are returned to the original payment method under our Refund Policy; a purchase refund is not a withdrawal feature.
Create promotional materials for the business you operate through Apps-EcoSystem. You provide only your business name and business description. The platform automatically prepares the generation instructions and selects the underlying AI model and technical settings.
There is no model selector, separate free-form prompt field or option to upload images or other reference media for generation. Files stored elsewhere in your application are not used as generation references. This feature is limited to promoting your own business; it is not a general-purpose content-generation tool.

The available promo formats, what each includes and its exact credit cost are shown before you confirm creation. The platform manages the generation process automatically. Paid promo creation is optional and separate from the subscription price. It does not automatically publish an advertisement or send marketing messages to your clients.
If a generation fails or produces no delivered result, any credits deducted for that operation are restored automatically. A completed output that does not match your personal preference is not, by itself, a failed generation. Defective or incorrectly delivered services are covered by the Refund Policy.
You choose a whole-number quantity of credits. The minimum purchase is 10 credits, or 5 credits when topping up to complete a subscription purchase. Your existing balance, the credits being purchased and the full amount payable are shown before payment.
Any expiry condition applicable to a credit purchase must be disclosed before that purchase. We do not introduce an undisclosed expiry date retroactively. Expiry of a subscription period does not itself count as consumption of unused credits; using paid application features may require a new subscription period.
Manual purchases only. There are no automatic charges to your payment method and no automatic subscription renewals. Each credit purchase and each purchase of a subscription period requires your action. A subscription ends unless you purchase another period, even if unused credits remain in your account.
Payment services. Available payment methods and the provider or seller handling the transaction are identified at checkout. Where an authorised reseller acts as merchant of record, its applicable buyer terms also govern the transaction.
Total price. The amounts listed above are the subscription or service value deducted from your credits. When you buy credits, a processing surcharge of 5% of the credit purchase value plus $0.50 is added, together with applicable sales tax or VAT calculated at checkout. For example, purchasing 10 credits costs $11.00 before applicable tax. The surcharge is charged on the credit purchase, not again when you spend those credits. The complete amount payable is displayed before you confirm payment.
Currency conversion. Purchases are priced in USD. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own currency-conversion or other fees; these are separate from our charges.
Price changes. Changes apply to future purchases and service operations after publication. We do not increase the price of an already purchased subscription period or an already confirmed generation. A credit balance does not lock in the price of future services.
