When you use the AI generation features (for example, to generate promotional videos, banners, images or videos from your prompts), the prompts and related inputs you provide are processed to produce the requested output. These inputs may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers acting as our processors solely to perform the generation. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate and publish.

We operate from Vietnam and use service providers that may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law (for example, by relying on providers that offer recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses).
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After your account is closed, we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (for example, payment, tax and accounting records) for the period required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
When your own end customers interact with your Telegram Bot or Mini App, you (the User) are the data controller for their personal data and we act as a processor on your behalf, processing that data only to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, providing the required privacy notices, and obtaining any necessary consents from your end customers.
Because some niches (such as education) may involve minors as end customers, you must comply with all applicable laws on the processing of children's data. The Operator does not knowingly use the Service to collect data directly from children on its own behalf.
The Site and dashboard use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure). Where required by law, any non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, which you can manage through your browser or any cookie controls we provide.
